The oldest archives of the French Church du Saint-Esprit date as early as the 17th century. We are currently working on making them available to the public on this page. In the meantime, you can request a special research to be made. Please note that due to the age of our records and staff availability, not all records are available and research are limited to specific documents such as baptism, marriage or death certificates.

If you’d like a special research to be made, please use our contact form and make sure to let us know:

      • The nature of the document requested

      • The name on the document

    • The date range not exceeding 10 years

A good example of a research request is:

  • “I am looking for the baptism certificate of John Doe. His Baptism would have been around 1820-1830.”

Some of our archive documents are already available for review online. If you’d like to make a donation to help us continue to produce these digital archives, please make a donation using the donate link and write “archive” in the memo line.
