Alsace Wine Tasting Event

with Patrick Séré

On Friday February 6th, we were more than thirty people gathered in the church to taste 5 wines from Alsace under the supervision of our wine specialist, Patrick Séré.

To get started, we opened a Pinot Blanc (J.C. Gueth 2011). From dry to spicy (and not “sweet!”), we then had the pleasure to enjoy, along with some Brie, Swiss, and white grapes, a Pinot gris (Wilm 2012), a Riesling (Grand Cru Manbach 2011), a Gewurztraminer (J.C. Gueth 2011),  and finally, a Crémant D’Alsace (Sparr NV).

We would like to warmly thank everyone who was present on this unforgettable evening that we spent together in a relaxed atmosphere; and a special thanks to Patrick Séré who was able to pass on to us his knowledge with a memorable panache.
